Interview with B&G handmade Guitars

Please read the interview with master luthiers Eliran Barashi and Kiki Goldstein. These guys are serious about handmaking everything, even casting their own brass hardware from a unique alloy that conducts the widest frequency range. The pickups are also made in-house and only use rare stocks of aged wood.

Greenhouse effects have a modular effects pedal. We had a look at the modular system and it has impressed. The idea is that you buy the 'Self Titled' pedal which is in effect an enclosure which then takes effects modules. The enclosure is built in the same quality and tank-like fashion as the other pedals by Greenhouse Effects. It has three dials on the top and all the plugs and circuitry to facilitate the modular effect that will be plugged in.

Our RiffsAndBeards2 riff entry!

Here is our entry into the Ryan Bruce #riffsandbeards2 riff competition

A brutal yet versatile distortion pedal by Greenhouse Effects. Exceptional build quality and great sounding distortion. The emphasis is on high gain values but low noise floors and in this pedals it is achieved perfectly.
You can buy the NoBrainer Distortion pedal here

The Greenhouse hand built Effects pedal Stonefish chorus and vibrato is like the other Greenhouse pedals - a very robust and quality build. This one is from a look point of view my favourite of their designs.

Throw your shitty fuzz pedal in the bin and get the Sludge Hammer. This pedal has made all others obsolete!

Greenhouse Effects hand built effects pedals are a rare breed of quality and sound. Of all the boutique and commercial pedals I have handeld these feel like a leap beyond the usual care and attention to detail and quality. The case is full metal and of a design I have not seen. The switches and pods work and feel lovely and the designs are fairly unique.

Amplitube Noise Problem solved without using noisegate

The internet is full of questions and posts in forums asking for help with reducing noise when using Amp sims and modellers like Amplitube3, BIAS, Guitar Rig and Revalver. This article is one solution to help reduce the noise, static noise, hum etc in the sound from your amp sim.

We all know and feel Glastonbury has lost its way but having Kanye on as headliner is obviously the last nail in the coffin. Get this muppet off the list. He has no place on any stage, never mind Glastonbury.

Before anyone argues that supporters of him NOT headlining or even being at Glastonbury are narrow minded or limited in their musical taste or acceptance, let us please remember that what this dude does is not music, it is clever PR at best.

Glastonbury has had many diverse artists so can't be accused of being rock only or not being diverse enough.

please head over and sign this man off the headline spot at Glastonbury at: Change.org
